President - James Mroz
Jim Mroz has 25+ years of experience in the glass and glazing industry. He acted as vice-president of operations for Harmon, Inc from 2002 to 2008 before leaving to found Precision Wall Systems, Inc in April of 2008. Jim is a graduate of Purdue University.
Vice-President Operations - Larry Schulz
Larry Schulz brings 20+ years of industry experience operating at all levels within the organization. He achieved Senior Project Manager with Harmon, Inc in 2005 and ran major projects thru 2008 until joining to found Precision Wall Systems, Inc in April of 2008.
Vice-President Sales - Jason Christy
Jason Christy began his career with Harmon, Inc in 1999 as part of the operations team. He transitioned to sales in 2005 and headed up the sales effort for Harmon's South Bend office until April of 2008 before leaving to found Precision Wall Systems, Inc. Jason graduated from the University of Indianapolis in 1996 with a degree in Mathematics.
Business Development - Jeff Arseneau
Jeff Arseneau has 25+ years of experience in the glass and glazing industry. He began his career at Glass Service in 1979 with the duties of shop drawing preparation and field scheduling. After returning from the military in 1985, he joined Southlake Glass Inc and rose to Secretary/Treasurer and was a partner until 1999. Jeff joined Harmon Inc’s Chicago office in 1999 as a Sr. Project Manager and was promoted General Manager in 2004. Jeff joined Precision Wall Systems, Inc in 2010 and is responsible for Chicago Sales/Operations. Jeff recently completed Six Sigma Green Belt Training and attended the University of Maryland and Ivy Technical College.
Engineering Manager - Nick Eberly
Nick Eberly started working for the Kawneer Company in 1983 producing fabrication and shop drawings. In 1990 he joined the Harmon, Inc. Engineering Department in Minneapolis, MN. In 1999 he transferred to Harmon's South Bend, IN office to take on the role of Engineering Manager. He became part of Precision Wall Systems in 2008 and still enjoys working with a team of experienced professionals.
Project Manager - Rick Schmidt
Rick Schmidt has over 18 years of construction industry project managing experience. He started with a large commercial roofing company dealing primarly with metal panel and speciality sheet metal projects. In 2004 he became a project manager for Harmon, Inc. and continued on with the team in 2008 joining the Precision Wall Systems.
Project Manager - Scott Swartz
Scott Swartz began his career in the industry with Harmon, Inc in 1997 as a member of the engineering department. He completed his degree in Architectural Technology at Ivy Tech State College in 2001. He transitioned to a project management role in 2003. He joined the team at Precision Wall Systems in 2008 as a project manager.
Service Manager - Jerry Christy
Jerry Christy has been working in commercial glazing for over 20 years. He headed up the service department for Harmon, Inc for 10 years and assumed that role upon joining Precision Wall Systems in 2008.
Office Administrator - Shannon Miller
Shannon Miller came to Harmon, Inc - South Bend in February 2006. Her job duties include payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, etc. Shannon graduated from Purdue University in 2002.
Receptionist - Carol Christy
Carol Christy joined Harmon, Inc. - South Bend in 2000 as a receptionist and has remained a part of the Precision Wall Systems, Inc team.
